These Terms apply exclusively to customers located within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Our services are strictly intended for customers residing within Egypt. Orders placed from outside Egypt may be cancelled at our sole discretion.

We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device will display colors or details with full accuracy.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without liability.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer or per order.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated purchase and account information for all transactions.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that payment will be completed successfully.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (EGYPT ONLY)

We currently ship exclusively within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Delivery is available to all governorates within Egypt.

Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, location, or external circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of jewelry and accessories, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

- The product received is incorrect

- The product has a verified manufacturing defect

- The product materially differs from the description at the time of purchase

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for return.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approval of any refund.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including logos, text, images, designs, and branding is the property of Naggat Silver and is protected under Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Egyptian laws or regulations.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
