Shipping and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

We operate exclusively within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Delivery is available to all governorates through trusted courier services.

All orders are processed after confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days depending on location and courier conditions. Delivery delays caused by shipping companies are beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring availability to receive the order.

If the customer refuses to receive the order or fails to accept delivery, the order may be marked as completed and fulfilled. Any additional shipping or re-delivery costs, if applicable, may be charged to the customer.

Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery before acceptance. Once the product is received and accepted, the order is considered fully approved.

Due to hygiene and product safety standards, jewelry and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange after use, wear, or removal from original packaging.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is incorrect
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect
• The product materially differs from its description at the time of purchase

Minor variations in color, size perception, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen display are not considered defects.

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law 181/2018). Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. If the item does not meet the required conditions, the request will be rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–15 business days after verification.

Shipping fees and service charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this policy. These terms apply to all orders without exception.
