Shipping and Refund Policy

Effective January 2026

We operate exclusively within Egypt. Delivery is available across all governorates.

By placing an order you confirm that all provided information is accurate and final.

All orders are processed after confirmation. Once the order is shipped it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Delivery is completed within a maximum of 7 days. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier conditions. Any delay caused by courier companies is beyond our responsibility.

The customer is fully responsible for receiving the order. If the order is refused or not received, the order will be considered completed and fulfilled. No cancellation, refund, or re-shipping will be accepted in this case.

Customers must inspect the product upon delivery before acceptance. Once the product is received, the order is considered approved and accepted.

Due to hygiene and product safety standards, jewelry and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged after use under any circumstances.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The product is incorrect

The product has a manufacturing defect

The product does not match the description at the time of purchase

Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen display are not considered defects.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law. The product must be unused in original condition and include all original packaging.

All returned products are subject to inspection and approval. Requests that do not meet the required conditions will be rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days after inspection. Shipping fees and service charges are non refundable unless the error is from our side.
